A balor is far too powerful to hang around like a pet, I think. Ive seen both of those spells put to effective use. I hear you, but I dont think it warrants a change. By all means though continue if you have a compelling point. I will be happy to hear.

Here's a scam that got pulled on Tin and I while in Jamaica.

If you downloaded the hakpak from the link on the general forums, then the .tlk file is included in the download. You do need to put it in your

Neverwinternights/NWN/tlk directory though.
