King and queen are simply generic titles for monarchs of the appropriate gender. Cleopatra was a queen. Nicolas was a king. Yes, specifically Cleopatra was a Pharaoh. That means she was the monarchic head of her country, thus by definition a queen.

War Ponies or Riding Dogs, actually. 3rd ed. D&D has a PrC called a Halfling Outrider for 'Lings who specialize in mounted combat.

I believe this is somewhere on the agenda, but I have no idea how soon. Originally the staff was waiting for Bioware to support persistent databases before implementing any sort of personal chests.

Now, you do have to take the feat once per 3 levels of spells - ie. spell levels 1-3 you take Auto Still once. 4-6 you must take it again, and yet once more for 7-9.
