Just a word of warning to any and all who will stand in the way of the king...

I have stood beside Kurich for a long time. I have seen what his forces are capable of doing. How many of you remember this world BEFORE the Redboot Brigade?

The Redboot was a Kurich original. He took a bunch of rag-tag, unfocused would-be adventurers and turned us into a force that would end up being one of the most powerful in all of Dasar!

I am not a member of Kurich's new force. I have been having a wonderful stay with by orc bretherin in Kor.

Looks like I picked a fun time to return.

Oh yeah, the warning...

If Kurich can turn US into a world changing force imagine what he can do with, say, 1,000 trained soldiers at his side.

Nergals, I've never liked ya, I never will. But this ain't my fight.

You wanna stand in his way? Good luck to ya. You're gonna need it.

Smackdosh with a sad look on his face goes to Gnomish wonderations and buys a shovel.

As he leaves the store the slow orc lets out a sigh that has the nearby captain notter looking around. Shaking his head he goes behind the mauselum and starts digging. "Mes knows thems not gonna stop wars, mes knows them alls wants to kill each others peoples and not deads, but me knows only winner here will be death, me will stay heres and defend thems tribe and mes fews friends but not like war, more peoples dies."

With a few blinks the orc continues his digging, oblivious to any who talk to him.

I have no desire to extinguish the faith of Nergal. The living should have the free will to choose thier faith, however misguided they may be, so long as they do not seek to do harm to others without just cause, and so long as they obey the Laws of Dasaria.

Hmm...so your saying....If we dont defend our god from yours, we get to live, and choose a different god? all the while being hunted as traitors to our god. Lets see, I have my own free will to choose my faith, I have chosen Nergal, I dont harm others without a reason, and I obey the law of Dasaria. But lets take another look at this, You have chosen Utu as your god, you have no free will now, you harm others for your gods personal gain, not the gain of Dasaria, and you yourself do not trust the laws of Dasaria.

Those of Nergal who claim the ruins pevent through force of arms all entry there, save those of the Nergal faith. That is a crime, even as If I warded entry into Peribo's shoppe, save all those who worship Utu. Even if Brigadier Raeflyn or Maelstrom Sin'Arafell told me it was mine, I would still be called criminal if I were to prevent entry of any living Dasarian to Dasarian soil. You pretend to the throne of Dasaria by exercising a right only the King has to give: The owning of Dasarian soil. Kurich and Shadow's agreement was never legal.

You claim to be Dasaria's ally, yet you bar through martial conflict all who seek to enter the ruins of New Dasar save those of the Nergalite faith.

Hmm...let me see here, so called "Warriors of the Light" come charging into the ruins, fully equiped, buffed, and armed...attack and kill our guards, and yet you say we are wrong to defend ourselves? And to say we do not allow anyone into the ruins aside from the faithful, before the village was taken, the boy Arto was allowed into the ruins, we brought him back unharmed, and were critized for it....I do not see Nergal's faithful being allowed into New Dasar, so is that not a crime?

So now this agreement that Shadow and Kurich, who may I remind you is leading your army...was illegal, even though it was reconized by the council, that decides things while the King is absent, whom you say you follow with great vigor.

You claim to be Dasarian and yet you claim a part of Dasaria as your own, independant in every way. You would defend the undead who would attempt to murder Sal or Davi, should they set foot there.

You attempt to twist the living into that which twisted you.

I have not heard anyone say that Sal or Davi would be killed, yet you will make war with us, leaving the village without much protection, and risk the lives of Sal and Davi to fight us, when we could be fighting Varana, and keeping them safe...

Low Spirit, I name you. Your words are meaningless, and I tire of your yelling from outside the walls of Daris. Come inside, so that I might smite you here and now. It would bring me no pleasure save that of performing the duty I have been given, as one who is alive, one who follows Utu, and one who submits to the Laws of Dasaria, in the absence of the King.

If not, I will help ease your misguided and lost spirit tomorrow, so that it may reach Nergal as one who is truly dead.

Hmm let me think on that....Come into town, be arrested as I am Undead, and we are banned from the village, to come fight a pointless battle with you, to increase your ego if ou could even best me?

Ergg, I do remember the world before the Brigade, I felt that the original Brigade under Kurich was done well, though the Kurich that leads this army, is not the same that started the Brigade. He may bein body, but not in mind or soul.

Then came the work of being a cop. Then came a visit from Marduk.

Kurich left these lands to become stronger in his faith. To become a better paladin for his god. To become the man his soul was telling him to be.

Yes, he is different. He is more determined, more focused, more deadly.

And he has the legions of light as his back up.

Even if this 'Ol Ergg were on your side, which I ain't, I'd have to think twice, or thrice, about fighting that kind of fight.

Holly I will give your outburst a thumbs down because it is all lies, I will say this to you, you are going to far. Name a redboot I have attacked since martial law was declared & especially unarmed strangers name them, I bully women do I, is that what you cry when a varanite attacks you ? as for betraying family members well why do you not keep that nose out of my family business as it has nothing to do with you, I know you mean my brother Tabor but he would have agreed with the rest of the Renegades, we were only against the bodysnatchers not all the nergalites.
Who the hell do you think you are attacking me just because I do not agree with you. I seem to remember the Renegades wanting to go to war with the Nergalites before our capture & you talked us out of it, soon changed your tune. You say I have changed well lately I can say you have changed for the worse & all because not everybody believes as you do, which is totally out of order because you cannot impose yourself upon everybody.
