*sigh* and it finally comes to this...
((ooc: ok this is good and it is bad, its good because well, exactly like oosey said, there might accually be some evil drow out there now, lately there has been alot of drow that are trying to become citizens, that is acceptable but NOT EVERY DROW IS GOOD! , with the exeption of the g'elle. It is bad also because it is turning dasaria into a racist kingdom, it would be fine if the law was if they had ever been caught assosiated with the under dark or something like that because that is a kingdom, you cannot outlaw someone simply becaus eof their race))

We arent living in modern times here guys, IC it's the dark ages. Racism IS EVERYWHERE! Anyone who has a problem with this sort of thing should read up on what the Drow stand for as a race. There have been times Ive slated Salvatore for even dreaming up Drizzt (oh Im going to get flamed for saying that heheh) but hell, the number of good drow Ive seen running around destroys the race for what they are - evil, malicious, wicked, back-stabbing, murderous, deceitful, etc etc etc creatures who do not give a god damn about ANYTHING apart from themselves, and their own desires; those desires mainly being fuelled by their desire for power over others at any cost. The race has been so watered down in Dasaria to a point that they are nothing but black elves running around trying to help every damn person they meet. Yes, there are exceptions. Those exceptions are treated as they SHOULD be treated. Personally, I think if you want to play a Drow, accept the consequences because you WILL be dispised for your race now, hopefully. It is the way it should be here IN GAME.
waits for the flames to pour in. Just keep them clean and on topic. This is an opinion, nothing more

The end of the Drow curse on this fair village is nearing an end....I thank the queen for her quick and decisive stance on these evil beings.
OOC : Not much to say Drekkan said it all

OOC)) Here are two links, if anyone really wishes to know what the drow are about. In Forgotten Realms there are only a few good surface dwelling drow. Most are evil. And even the few good drow are still shunned by most of the other races. As Drek said, look at Drizzt. For all the good he does, he still has a hard time wondering around the surface world.

Aye, this whole "a person should be judged by their actions" rubbish has no place in D&D or NWN.
Treat people like the stereotypes are true, it's more IC that way.
And we (when I say "we" I mean all sensible drow-hating people) don't hate drow because their skin is black. Who cares about skin color? We hate drow because they're evil, nasty, surface-hating liars who don't pay their debts.

The drow sitting at the oak table takes a deep breath and holds a large mug up to his mouth, sips and sits it back down upon the table where it once was. he throws his legs up onto the table in a crossed manner, unhoods his head and looks around the small cave. over in the distence are his brothers of ebon color toying with thier blades. sitting next to him is another person, of a much bigger built, not drow at all
Izghad, I have to say...I am quite amazed at the gull of that %&$#@ queen. I didn't think she had it in her, honestly I didn't.
The Drow takes another sip out of the mug and chuckles just a bit still looking over at the utterly evil being Izghad
Well I think a few things are out of the question now, but I have complete confindence that our plans are still going to pan out the way we intended them to.
The Duke begins to laugh wildly for just a moment, settles to just a grin and then looks over to the Shadow Weaver once again
Izghad, take a small regiment of agents and enter the town from the seaside entrnce way, we'll start there and work our way up. Show this villiage that not even their kids are safe from my wraith. Nelina asked for this, I'll give her exactly what she wants...
The drow laughs again lightly, sips his mug and hands over a document rolled up and tied by horse hair to Izghad
Also, have this sent to the G'elle family, I think its time I meet with Kin and family, I have matters to discuss....
Armil takes the last drink from the mug slams it down on the table, stands and rehoods himself. The darkelf re-adjusts his rapier on his side and signs the symbol of the Ebon Rose to Izghad as he walks from the hideout determined.

OOC: I am in full agreement that the Drow as a ehole is to be hated, despised and utterly looked down upon. As other have said, not even Drizzt is safe from the harsh judgement of all the people of the surface. Its the way of life, not to be accepted by all. ITs natural, and I think that IC this is a great way to dictate how one should or can play a drow chracter. I look forward to the challenge as do the rest I'm sure. Lets have fun here, I mean this is a game y'all!
P.S. IC I can see characters fighting this law, its natural for some, but in all reality not many should or even have the right to fight it. my personal opinion. see ya in the game friends!

I'd give my input on so called "good" drow but it would most likely need censoring as this is something I feel very strongly about.
Something that really does need to be remembered here is that 99.99999999999% of drow are evil, malicious, devious, baby killing psychos. Outlawing their entire race is something that every monarchy would do (within reason) as it would be considered almost treason not to.
