Grou's got me held hostage!

Got the key and came over to run through the dungon. Grou's Keeper wasn't spawned and I couldn't get past the door he normally stands infront of. Tried to leave, but the key to the front gate got used up when I came in, so it won't let me leave. Pretty much the only way I'm getting out is waiting on a server reset or letting the minions kill me.

You guys reworking the quest or is the Keeper just bugged?
