There seems to be a problem with monsters porting to your respawn location after they've killed you and you respawn.

That happened to me as Simm Sala Bimm... I brought back some Dark Minotaurs with me from the lonely tower en route to the iLLithiads... The bartender at the Green Dragon was nice enough to beat the bloody green snot out of them though.

I may have brought back a troll or two once too...

It's vaguely reminiscent of Star Trek IV when the marine biologists grabs hold of Kirk as he's transporting...
