HELP!!!!

I really need help! I couldn't post this any where else.

When in profile, I accidently changed my e-mail address to one that isn;t mine, and it deactivated my account. Since the email address isn't mine, I can't activate my account. And now I can't post on any forum beside this! Any DM help would be appreciated!
