The oppressed masses of Nergal...yearning to be free of the dictates of one considered beyond thier control...

Loki...you are a member of the Largest, most organized, most powerful, most militant, most oppressive, most political, and most disreputable religions in Dasaria. You and your brethren have flaunted your numbers and power all too often.

Your hypocricy knows no bounds.

People are so blind.

A coup has taken place and the ones in charge of perserving the royal throne back it....

Martoial law is said to be temporary, but never has it been such. Raef understand that what you have done is destroy the land you swore to protect.

Holly you give up any chance of the return of royalty by indorsinf this coup.

People open your eyes and look at th dictatorship you live in.

Now that he is the dictator of law and order who would disagree with him.

Daris is no better then Varana.

I do not speak for all the Renegades, but i for one do not support the use of Martial law in the town. People should be able the walk the street's of Dasaria no mater what there religon or race. Each person must be judged on there own deeds, and not as a group, depending on the god they worship.

My goodness people... look at yourselves.

Because we the Brigade assume power automatically you label me and my staff a tyrant and a dictator? When have we ever exhibited such behaviour that supports these claims?

My professionalism aside, hasn't our service over the long years in Daris been enough to prove to you that we are not some corrupted, disreputable and bias organization?

I declare Martial Law, and now we're the evil, malicious and oppressing leadership.

Armitage - you assume that we'll never dissolve the status of Martial Law, you are wrong. I can give you no more then my word as a Dasarian that this will only be temporary until we can get organized! Accept my words, or not.

The last thing I want is civil war, but take a look at what we were a few short days ago. Paladin's challenged the evil and the dead within the streets, warring factions fought in the midst of farmers and childrens and the Black Sash and Redboot Brigade watched and tried to straighten it out.

I've had enough of these bickerings. The Council will be regrouping, recruiting and finishing their laws in progress with Palequine remaining as the Chairman. I cannot impose influence on the Council to remove or recruit. That is their job. My job is to enforce the laws and make sure that civil order is brought and maintained in the city streets.

Loki - your mockery serves to prove nothing but distaste.

Read the delcaration again. There is no outlaw of race or creed. The Undead is not a race.

Strange words coming from a Druid. The current status outlaws the dead from coming into the village, not the entire church or certain races.

I thought Druids were opposed to this atrocity against nature which constitutes of re-animated corpses.

Not so long ago I recall a war almost starting between the Renegades and the Church of Nergal and demanded something be done about this. Now that something has been done, something which everyone wanted, now is no longer wanted and outrage is widespread.

Leads one to believe that anarchy is desired.

Well well Brigadier, after all my comments & messages about the council being inactive & being fobbed off by you being told they are active behind the scenes etc please be patient.
It seems you have used the opportunity to take control yourself & with the backing of Palequine who has no right to make that decision on his own.

Well I know Deldor stated that he could not speak for all the Renegades but after speaking with them I can say that the majority of us will not stand by & watch the redboots take control even if it is for one day or one month. We are not allying with the Nergalites as such but will not sit by & watch them being driven out by the power hungry redboots & Palequine.

As for reorganising the council & Palequine remaining chairman, well is it not time for a complete change, it is inactivity of the current Lords including Palequine that has brought us to this mess.
Well do as you like with your redboots the Renegades will not follow you.

The old wizard walks past the redboots quarter and reads the decleration

My dear Brigadier Raeflyn. *sighs* In the current state of the city is not wise to call upon anarchy. Yes I mean anarchy. Whitout the support of the citizens you are nothing but a tyrant in their eyes.
This is not what dasaria needs. You call your self a "patriot" allthough you banish something that has been part of dasaria for years. The counsil.
What are you plans for the counsil my lord? The counsil should be elected by the people, not by the military.

*lights up his pipe* I do not know if your intentions are good or bad but I will tell you this: Do not look for support in the village.
This is not a threat, its just a simple warning of what you have unleashed.

I have respected the earlier brigadiers decisons I will respect yours, even if I dont like them.
But I will not take part in the banishment of my friends. My support ends or stays the day the new counsil take form. Untill then I will respect you decision.

I'll reiterate. Again.

We are not imposing any restrictions on the Nergalites whatsoever.

The undead are not a race or a religion. The Nergalties as are anyone bearing Dasarian title are welcome in town. The Undead are not.

The Military cannot impose any influence on the Council. What the council does is non of our concern.

I stand corrected my lord. When you get as old as me you eyes can play tricks on you. I will discuss it with Lord Palequine.

Even the nergalites find it difficult to distinguish between their order and the undead. Does that not proove something to anyone?

This townshippe should be ashamed for the actions and inactions that have led to this situation.

Brigadier Raeflyn is not acting. He is Reacting.

He is reacting to the inactivity of the Council. He is reacting to the outrageous views of those who permit monsters to inhabit this town.

Shame on you. When the King returns, he will reward such actions as the Brigadier has had the balls to decide upon. Do you think it was easy for him to do this? Do any of you know what is truly happening? Are you blind to what Dasaria has become?

Armitage may be correct in one thing: Dasaria may indeed have become as corrupt as Varana. This acceptance of the Diabolic and Demonic can either be combatted, or accepted.
