Heres the solution-- You guys all pitch in and pay me a meager 40k a year salary and Ill be willing to play guard all day long since its so hard to understand that they are computer controlled things and not capable of decision making and compassion.

Just so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle of *ahem* information here, I'll repeat what Deph said:

There is at least one way to get from the Farmlands to the Eaves WITHOUT GOING THROUGH DARIS. Very soon, there will be more than 1 way to get to almost anywhere near Daris.

Just because you don't explore any more doesn't mean there aren't any new areas.
