how long must someone's home be left unattended before we may bid for ownership? I have my eye on the property recently vacated in seaside. Starting to look a little seedy... with some minor alterations i am sure it would be adequate for my entertaining needs

Some housing may never go away, or be used as part of a plot device later on, especially if it was owned by such prominent personalities such as Hunar or Fenia. Others may be willed, or if the owner just disappers auctioned off after a few months.
