Shai Quest - leaf blocks giving out the quest?

Looks like it might be broken. Or is it level restricted?

After I healed the wounded Shai in the cave, I spoke with him and when he asked if he could aid me, I got only the end dialog option.

*prays this isn't' breaking a secret* You need to have a potion of a certain variety on you to get an option other than "end dialoge". Unfortunately, I've never gotten it to work right for me after that.

It has to be a Cure Crit potion, I know that much.

I tested it, it indeed doesn't work. That is, for Az it didn't work. It's a cure crit potion that needs to be given, that's right.

Yeah, I knew about the potion and did use one. Just didn't want to give it away. *grins*

The character I used was level 16. Maybe it is level restricted? *shrugs*

I hope not. Myles really wants to finish that quest but everytime he finds someone to join him they have to leave about half way through and Myles, try as he might, can't do it on his own.

last time i fiddled iwth it..if you didn't complete it completly through on one severup, you ended up having to start again from scratch. That is, drop all references to the quest, then speak to the druid again in order for the wounded tribesman to open up the chance for you to activate the totem.

*smacks forehead* Gah, that might be my problem. Ulthar is not welcome in the village, so I didn't speak to the druid. Thanks Timothy.
