Hey guys. I have a simple question for those who are succesful in life.
Well you see, there is this girl that I like in school, and I really like her. Can anyone give met tips on how to get her. Man she is pretty. And and I have a crush on her. Yep, but I am too embarrased to just confront her and say,"Do you wanna go out with me?" Give me some tips, and you ladies out there could tell me what girls like. Please?

What a girl likes depends on the girl in question. Not all the woman like the same things.
Maybe you should ask a friend of her to ask her what she likes. Or she can tell you what the girl likes. Or you can ask her friend to ask the girl what she thinks of you.
But the best way is to ask it yourself.
In dutch we have phrase for it "Niet geschoten is altijd mis".Translation: if you don't try you'll never win

Well I really don't know who her friends are. Sometimes she seems a little sad or lonely, but maybe I am just thinking things. Maybe some guy has advice. Older guys know more stuff about girls.
I do feel desperate. Don't wanna grow up to be a fanboy.
First I would say scope things out a bit. Smile and say hello and watch her reaction closely. If she smiles back or least returns the hello you can be at least a little more confident about asking her out. If she gives you a nasty look and tells you to drop dead you might want to skip it. Obviously she will think more of you if you are able to ask her out yourself, it shows confidence, but if you just can't get up the nerve you can always slip her a note. Not the best approach really, but its at least better than not doing anything.

Almost everyday when I get onto the bus I see if she is there. When she is I look at her and I think that she looks at me. I always sit behind her, and admirer her from behind. She has beautiful red hair and her eyes are real pretty.
One problem. I think that this other guy likes her and grrrrr I am angry.

I never went in for the whole dating "wanna go out" thing- Its stressful and lame IMO till you are "hooked up" already.
Try asking if shed like to go have some coffee- its kind of like a date...., but not really. You dont put yourself out on a limb to far where its too far to fall, and you will get a chance to talk with her and see if shes even worth the time anyway.
Worse that can happen is she'll say she hates coffee- if she says that- dont bother
Best that can happen is you have a few hours of caffiene-electrified conversation till the small hours of the morning =)

I was about to say the same thing. Coffee is good, with a girl or with your friends... Just find a nice place, preferably with leather chairs, and take her there.
Well, I am the oldest guy in Dasaria I believe, and I have had tons of rejection as well as lots of success when it comes to women. Hindsight can be a wonderful thing at times. Obviously we hope for success and are hurt when rejected. When I look back at my past the rejections did indeed hurt, but what hurt worse were the situations where I did nothing, due to whatever reason.
My best advice is remain cool headed, be yourself, don't try too hard and ACT. Rejection is not as bad as the "what if's" that inaction will bring later on.
Personally I have to concur with Joker, best thing is to be yourself, even if you are a little nervous, you realy need to act, for all you know she may be just as nervous about meeting ppl.
The coffee idea is a good one, doesn't necessarily need to be 'coffee' just somewhere you can have a drink or a small meal and talk.
