I think what he is getting at is the fact that its impossible to do any faction vs faction raids on town with all the guards around.

All zone spells IE silence, Aura of protection ect, that you center on your self fail after you move 15 feet, this is a bio bug and has something to do with the way the location of said zone updates in relation to your pc.
